Individual Therapy
Nicole uses a variety of approaches to help people heal. Utilizing narrative, equine assisted psychotherapy, trauma focused-CBT, DBT, EMDR, Equilateral-Equine assisted EMDR protocol, and/or solution focused healing modalities, Nicole will work with you to reach your therapy goals.
Couples Therapy
In couples therapy, you and your partner will work together to create healthier patterns of interaction in your relationship. Nicole uses relational accountability to help each partner be accountable for their own ways of creating difficulty in relationships. Unlike couples therapy featured in the media which often involves yelling and screaming at one another, couples are asked to take responsibility for their actions and invite their own unique relational ethics to guide the relationship to create better communication and increase love in the relationship.
Family Therapy
In family therapy, Nicole will help you and your family identify problems and create lasting solutions for change. Nicole uses a playful approach and families are encouraged to interact in creative, fun ways to initiate the desired changes in their relationships. By helping eliminate blame and exploring ways each family member contributes to the problem, families use their unique creative ways to stand up to problems and create the loving relationships they desire.
Alternative Healing Arts-the Thetahealing Technique
